You can make a rice dish in under 15 minutes, prepare a cheesecake in 30 minutes and it makes canning just as simple. It’s a duo! Meaning, yes, you can cook and can goods from just one product!

I actually prefer the 10 quart size and find that its capacity is really helpful when it comes to having leftovers for the rest of the week. It also comes in 4, 6 and 8 quart sizes if you prefer a smaller one. It can be used for some minor canning as it holds 4-quart jars. Make sure to always keep in mind the amount you want to cook and what capacity it can hold when considering one.

This size works for a single family home or more! You really don’t have to be a cook in order to truly fall in love with this pressure cooker. I believe a cook at any level would love this product. The Fagor Duo is made of stainless steel with a promise of even heat distribution and durability.
