Spherical Sun Power Generator – Squeeze Sun

Spherical Sun Power Generator – Squeeze Sun

Who Is Andre Broessel

German Architect Andre Broessel designed a Spherical Sun Power Generator. Rawlemon, wants to Spherical Sun Power Generator revolutionize solar power. Broessel was a finalist in the World Technology Network Award 2013 with the globe’s design.

He has 27 years of experience in management, design, and technology. His main objective is complex technology.

Andre has an updated version for 2016. Andre thinks outside the box. He is somewhat of a maverick when seeing the future of solar.

Future Is In Hands of Sbotic Ltd

Sbotic was established in 2014. They are tasked with marketing Rawlemon’s Spherical Solar Generator. Sbotic ltd. acquired the patents of Rawlemon’s energy generating module ”SixCities” and ”MicroTrack” system.

The company located to London, England in 2014. Sbotic Ltd. ( Sun Robotics) is a division of Ramlemon Company.

Sbotic ltd is pushing the boundaries of solar energy conversion. They are proving net zero-energy buildings could be a standard tomorrow. Sun Robotics mission is to integrate the sun powered generator into the cities environment. This would include buildings and homes.

Spherical Sun Power Generator

Andrea Broessel and Rawlemon has created a prototype spherical sun power generator. The generator is called the Beta ray. His technology is a combination of spherical geometry and dual axis tracking system. This allows for twice the output of a spherical sun power generator conventional solar panel. The solar panel on the generator is small in comparison with a normal panel.

The sphere is fully rotational and can be placed on walls, buildings and any space with direct sunlight. According to Broessel, it can be placed on an electrical car charging station.

You might think the spherical generator is from some sci-fi movie. You would be wrong.

Beta Ray Parts Exposed

  • Reduced silicon cell area to 25%
  • Increased efficiency to 57%. Solar panel is at 22 to 24%,
  • Ultra transmission Ball Lens point focusing concentrator.
  • During night hours, sphere ball can illuminate an area with a few led’s.
  • Modular collector system charges and stores energy during daylight.
  • Can collect energy from the moon. That’s right, the moon.
  • How does it work. Sunlight is collected through the ultra transmission ball lens focusing concentrator.
  • Concentrated sunlight is stored in the solar cells.
  • Then it is sent to generator for using in homes or commercial buildings.

Different Tasks For Sun Power Generator

The Beta ray was designed for off-grid conditions and a supplement to buildings electrical needs. Also the idea is to provide thermal circuits like hot water.

Spherical sun power generator can be used as an architectural marvel. Beta ray has the ability to track the sun all day. Solar panels do not track.

6 different tasks of the solar generator

  1. Provide electricity
  2. Produce thermal production
  3. Solar generator has transparency
  4. Capable of shading
  5. Ventilation for building
  6. Spherical generator is a work of art

1 through 5 above will transform the future of zero-energy buildings.

Generator will provide electricity for buildings and homes at 4 times efficiency of the typical 22% solar panel on the market today.

Solar generator will will produce thermal production which in turn heats water.

Spherical ball is transparent and hybrid collector will increase efficiency for smaller solar panels.

Solar generator to be used with solar umbrellas for shade.

Generator will produce ventilation for buildings.

Rawlemon Solar Devices Coming Soon

Under the umbrella of Rawlemon, there now is a new division named Indiegogo. They are introducing the world’s first Building Integrated Concentrated Solar Power (BICSP) Technology. This product will be for sale in December.

Introducing the Beta.ey 80LIM for $119.00. This will be the first concentrator solar charger and moonlight beamer combined spherical solar powered generator in one design. Beta.ey will be able to charge iPhones, iPads and many other devices.

The concept of Beta.ey is on the lines of the mega prototype designed by German Architect Andre Broessel. The prototype took three years to form a device that will be in the hands of consumers by Christmas.

Rawlemon has a large sphere lens that does not move. Solar charger moves around the back of sphere. It will follow concentrated sunlight passing through to the other side. A typical solar panel has to be moved manually to follow the sunlight. In other words, this is much more efficient capturing sunlight and ultimately producing more electricity.

Cool looking too!

Check Out How Beta.ey Works

Beta-ey requires a solar panel 1% the size of standard solar generators. This device works well during cloudy days. It has the ability to pull in diffuse light. This spherical solar powered generator will be used for mobile devices.

Number one cool factor! There are built-in leds for lighting up the globe.

The full scale Beta-ey will be able to charge electric cars. It will also be available for windows and walls of buildings for electricity and thermal needs.

Full scale Beta-ray

Full scale beta-ray is for the outdoors. It will fetch a price of $6000. It’s only money. Right? At this juncture, there is no data spherical solar powered generator that I could find for return on investment. Rawlemon is looking to integrate the beta-ray system into the design of European architecture of the future.

European Commissions directive is to design nearly zero-energy buildings. The design process will start in 2019. Rawlemon is in line with the European Commissions directive.

Could we see the full scale Beta-ray in the united states? It will be interesting to see what form of solar the world will use in 10 to 20 years.

Final Thoughts

Spherical solar powered generator has my attention for several reasons.

  • Design concept is out of this world crazy smart.
  • Solar panels are 4 times more efficient due to dual axis tracking and transparent ball lens.
  • Versatility of solar generator for buildings and charging electric cars.
  • Attractive architecture design.
  • Future applications for communities to generate electricity.

Andrea Broessel and Rawlemon have made great strides towards solar independence. They have accomplished a workable solar design in less than 6 years. Time will tell if the full scale Beta-ray is profitable.

Beta-ey small scale solar generator should be a hit with consumers that need to recharge mobile devices. Some competitor solar generators are from $400 to $800. You would be able to charge larger devices like a small tv, laptop or lights in an RV. That’s 4 to 8 times more than Beta-ey. Something to think about.

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds in the near future. I think the Beta-ey and full scale beta-ray have a reasonable chance to succeed.
